Rachel Hanson

Director of Client Services

Rachel launched her career starting at Lamp Post Group and Access America in 2013 as Executive Assistant. Throughout her five years at Lamp Post Group, she served as EA, Community Manager, and Director of Operations. She also served as Associate Director of the Dynamo Accelerator in its first two years of existence. In April of 2018, Rachel opened her own business, Officely, serving as the back office and executive assistant to multiple companies in town. Quickly into her work, she was absorbed into Market Street Partners operating as their Director of Client Services while still managing Officely and current clients.

“MSP employs a phenomenal group of individuals that desire to learn and grow in their profession,” Rachel said. “That makes coming into the office truly exciting and enjoyable every day. Being surrounded by the right people under the right mission is critical, and I found that here.”

Outside of work, Rachel’s life is managed by a sweet 1-year-old little girl that keeps Rachel and her husband on their toes. The two love exploring Chattanooga on the weekends.
