Over the course of the next month, we'll be transitioning from CaseWare to Suralink for document exchange purposes, and the official “go live” date is slated for Oct. 31. What does that mean for you?
When it's time for you to set up your account, your relationship manager will reach out to let you know. Until you hear from us, we don’t need any action from you. And don’t worry — if the link hits your spam folder when it’s time to get set up, we’ll follow up to be sure you received it. Our team is able to see who has and has not configured their account, so don’t stress about missing the initial email.
So — now that you know how invitations will be handled, here are the instructions you’ll use to set up your account:
You will receive an email from Suralink Support (notifications@suralink.com) when a Market Street Partners employee invites you to the portal. (Note: Your relationship manager will keep an eye on your invite in the system and follow up with you if we don’t see your registration come through — a good indication that the email may have hit your spam folder.)
Click on the “Create Account” button in the email (or copy and paste the URL below the button into your browser).
You will be redirected to Suralink’s website to create your account password. After entering your password, click the Privacy Policy checkbox and then choose “Create Account.”
You will receive another email from Suralink Support to verify your account. Select the “Verify Now” button or click the link below to verify your account — at this step, you’ll be redirected to Suralink’s login page.
Enter your email address and password into the respective fields and click “Sign In” to be logged in to the Suralink portal.
