After being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Tennessee, Managing Partner, Kyle Bryant, was featured in CityScope Magazine for his response to the question, “How do you foster a work culture that supports employees’ wellbeing as it relates to body, mind, and spirit?"
Kyle says:

Key to this actually working, though, is being active listeners when talking with our team so we’re fostering a sense of authenticity. You can’t just go through the motions.
