Smith + Howard Chattanooga, formerly Market Street Partners (MSP), announced today that it was named one of the Best Places to Work (4th overall) in Tennessee by Best Companies Group. The recognition is based primarily on positive responses to employee surveys, which account for 75% of a company’s overall evaluation.
While this is Smith + Howard Chattanooga’s first award under its new name, the firm previously earned extensive recognition for its status as a top-tier employer as Market Street Partners. In 2022 and 2023, MSP picked up numerous accolades including being named Company of the Year by the American Business Awards, a Small Business of the Year by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, one of Chattanooga’s Best Places to Work by Edge Magazine, and one of the nation’s Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today, among other recognitions.
